1. Design

Our Jewelry Experts will work closely with you to perfect the design of your dreams. Show us a sketch, snapshot, or family heirloom, the possibilities are endless! Don’t hesitate to ask questions about your design. We will make note of any changes before we render your design for approval and make sure we get everything perfect for you.

2. Model

Once your design has been finalized, our expert CAD technicians will create a 3D rendering and wax model of your exact design for you to approve. You can even take the wax model with you to show family and friends! After the rendering and wax model is approved we will create a colored, 360 image of your design so you can see exactly what it will look like completed.

3. Cast

After approving your wax model, your design is cast by the best in the industry in your choice of metal and gemstones. Our casting house is based in the USA, making the entire process quick and easy.

4. Complete

Your custom design will be polished to perfection to make it sparkle for years to come. You’ll have your very own custom piece, made to sparkle just for you.
