Watch Protection Plan

For a period of two (2) years from the purchase date of a covered watch from Saslow's & Henebry's Diamond Jewelers, our Watch Protection Plan will provide for the cost of all parts and labor needed to repair the product as a result of normal use if service is needed pertaining to the crystal, band, stem, crown, movement, clasp or battery.

Keep your watch ticking in 4 easy steps:

1. Visit your local Saslow's or Henebry's Diamond Jewelers or start a repair request online by scheduling an appointment HERE.

2. Drop off your repair. Our store associates will inspect your watch and determine what repairs are necessary and/or covered by your Watch Protection Plan.

3. Your watch is sent to the closest watch technician to your local store where repairs will begin. Should our technician find any other repairs you will be updated and quoted accordingly.

4. Once your repair is completed you will be notified and your watch is sent back to the store of your choice for quick, easy pickup.
